What is your purpose?
I help teams and organizations to continuously improve in order to get better and faster results. This will hopefully make them have time over for the things they want to do.

What is your experience?
I am a senior leader and coach with experience from improving complex organizations, innovate with start-ups, running large scale agile e-commerce projects and large scale software development. I have worked with companies such as H&M, DigitalRoute, Brightstep, Telenor/Bredbandsbolaget and more.
I have long experience from all the agile concepts and I have figured out this lean thing. I have the eye to understand what solutions is right for what problem. Many organizations implement too big changes which takes to much effort. 

Why did you start Znsei?
My experience and coaching approach can be beneficial for many teams and organizations who struggle with challenges that they have a hard time to overcome. We offer a great service to effectively support building the improvement habit and help organization to focus on the right things. Imagine when your whole workforce are improving daily, step by step towards your challenges and goals. Removing bottleneck after bottleneck. Imagine when they suddenly become 200% faster, by making changes themselves. To experience that over and over is why I started Znsei.

What is your belief?
I believe that the people closest to a problem are the best suited to come up with solutions.

We believe all software teams have the potential to become world class performers. The difference between high performers and low performers lays in the ability to challenge one self to improve and to know exactly where you fall short!

The problem is that teams do not generally know where they fall short since they use the wrong methods to look at their work. This results in investing time and money on improvement activities which do not gain any substantial result.

Znsei specialises in helping teams to see their bottlenecks and through deliberate practice improve in small but most valuable steps. The methods and tools we use are based on proven science and track records to become high performing software teams.
